for yr999 Platform Use

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "yr999" refers to the yr999 online gaming platform accessible at yr999.org, including all products, services, and features made available through that domain.
• "Platform" means the yr999 website, mobile-optimised interface, and any associated applications through which gaming services are delivered.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account on the yr999 platform and uses any of its services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the yr999 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's yr999 account at any given time, including both real-money and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal eligibility.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required by yr999 before withdrawal processing, involving CNIC documentation.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the yr999 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering your yr999 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yr999 login credentials. yr999 recommends the use of a strong, unique password and the activation of two-factor authentication via SMS OTP, which is available from the account security settings.

• Do not share your yr999 account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other person to access your yr999 account or place wagers on your behalf.
• Notify yr999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• yr999 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security precautions.

yr999 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or suspension pending satisfactory verification.

yr999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank Internet Banking, Raast Instant Payments, and Visa debit and credit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method.

All deposits are credited to your yr999 account balance in PKR. yr999 does not apply conversion fees on PKR deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside yr999's control.

yr999 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and reserves the right to request the source-of-funds documentation from any Player at any time, particularly in relation to large or unusual deposit patterns. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction.

Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to a yr999 account balance and wagered. Players should exercise care when selecting deposit amounts. If you believe a deposit was made in error before any wagering occurred, contact support immediately.

Players may request withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering controls.

To be eligible for withdrawal processing, a Player must have:

• Completed KYC verification with a valid CNIC document on file;
• A verified Pakistani mobile number linked to the account;

General bonus conditions applicable across all yr999 promotions include:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who have completed account registration and identity verification.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• yr999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already claimed it, any associated wagering requirement will be removed and the original deposit amount returned.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or systematic wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in account suspension.

yr999 offers sports betting markets across cricket (including PSL, international test matches, and T20 series), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sporting events. All sports bets placed on yr999 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed on the relevant market page.

• Bets are not accepted from Players with restricted accounts or accounts under security review.
• yr999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the odds were displayed in error or where a technical fault is identified before or after settlement.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not concluded in accordance with the standard competition rules, yr999 will settle bets in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• yr999 operates a strict policy against match-fixing and suspicious betting patterns. yr999 is entitled to void and withhold payout on any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of corrupt activity, pending investigation.

yr999's casino and slots products are provided through certified third-party game providers whose games have been independently audited for fairness under the yr999 international gaming license. All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology.

The following general rules apply to all casino and slot game activity on yr999:

• Game results are final once a round has been completed and the outcome confirmed by the platform. yr999 does not reverse game outcomes except in cases of documented technical malfunction.

yr999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all yr999 account holders at no cost and without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable notifications and automatic session logouts after defined periods of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Short-term breaks from the platform of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Accounts are suspended during cool-off periods and cannot be reactivated by the Player until the period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Extended exclusion periods available for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the active exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is final.

yr999 operates a player protection monitoring system that flags accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour. Flagged accounts may be contacted proactively by the responsible gaming team and, in serious cases, may have limits applied automatically in accordance with yr999's licensing obligations.

All content on the yr999 platform — including but not limited to the yr999 brand name, logo, platform design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data — is the intellectual property of yr999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the yr999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display yr999 platform content;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on yr999 content;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the yr999 platform;
• Use the yr999 name, logo, or brand assets in any external context without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of yr999's intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yr999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with use of the yr999 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yr999 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind;
• Platform downtime or service interruptions caused by circumstances outside yr999's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on third-party information, tips, or predictions in connection with placing wagers;
• Tax obligations arising from winnings, which are the sole responsibility of the Player under the laws applicable to them.

Nothing in this section limits yr999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

yr999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version of the Terms, with the effective date displayed at the top of this page, shall always be the governing version.

Where a material change is made to these Terms that could adversely affect Players' rights or obligations, yr999 will endeavour to provide advance notice via the Player's registered email address or via a platform notification. The notice period for material changes will be a minimum of 7 days where operationally practicable.

Continued use of the yr999 platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you may close your account and withdraw your available balance before the change takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which yr999 holds its international gaming license. By using the yr999 platform, you agree that any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be submitted to yr999's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, Players must contact the yr999 support team in writing, setting out the nature of the dispute and the outcome sought. yr999 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receiving the full written submission.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through yr999's internal process within 30 days of submission, Players may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under yr999's international gaming license. The licensing body's determination shall be final and binding on both parties.
